WRC: New CrossFit Group Exercise Class
Come on out and join the CrossFit group exercise class during your lunch hour or break!
The class is one of many group exercise classes the Wellness Research Center (WRC) offers. The WRC is the faculty and staff gym on campus, applicable to full-time employees only (free of charge). CrossFit incorporates moderate to high intensities through the performance of various functional movements. The class is approximately 45 minutes including the proper warm up, skill, WOD, and cool down.
Don’t be afraid! Everyone is unique and more than capable of completing the class. The instructor, certified L1-CrossFit Coach, provides clear cues to ensure member safety and motivate each individual. The group classes are listed below. Monday- 10:30 AM
Wednesday- 10:30 AM
Thursday- 12:15 PM
Friday- 6:30 AM
The WRC is located in the Education Complex, near Garage A.
