Join Knight's E-mail Today
As a part of the UCF team you must join 50,000 other students and sign up for the official UCF email – called Knight’s E-Mail.
Knight’s E-mail is the only e-mail system UCF uses and the only way we will communicate with you on official university business.

Academic Advising
UCF advisors will help you with course selection and academic planning – before Add/Drop.
If you are a freshman, please visit the First Year Advising Office.
For students in their second year, visit your college advising office. Undeclared (no major) and Undecided (major changing) students in their second year should visit the Sophomore and Second Year Center.

Campus Parking
Purchase a parking decal in person (Garage B) or online to gain access to 12,000 parking spaces. Or use the UCF shuttles from 15 off-campus residential communities and Central Florida Research Park. There are also 6,500 bicycling (parking) spaces throughout campus.

Student Payments (Cashier’s office)
If you need to pay your registration or housing fees, visit the Cashier’s Office in Millican Hall, room 110.

Registrar’s Office
If you have a question about registration or about important university deadlines visit the Web site or stop by room 161 in Millican Hall.

Financial Aid
The Office of Student Financial Assistance (Millican Hall, Suite 120) is the place to go for answers. Go online, call, or meet them in person. Each year the office awards more than $200 million to students. They’re the experts. And they’re here to help you.
