Yes, our main phone line, 407-823-3000, is staffed Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, most UCF admissions representatives will be working remotely and may not be able to immediately address issues by phone. Questions that are complex and require research may be submitted to us via email at Lastly, please keep in mind that many departments across campus may not have the capability to answer phone calls and are relying on email to assist you as best they can.
