Here\u2019s a list of next steps to help make the journey ahead go smoothly.<\/p>\n<p>We encourage you to bookmark or print this list and refer to it throughout the enrollment process.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<section id=\"admission\" class=\"auto-section\" data-section-link-title=\"ADMISSION\">\n<h3>\u2705 ADMISSION<\/h3>\n<p>Your admission to UCF\u2019s Dual Enrollment program is valid for the term listed in your admission letter. You are admitted as a non-degree-seeking, part-time student and may enroll in up to 6 credit hours.<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to change your term of entry, you must submit a new application and application fee through your Future Knight Portal.<\/p>\n<p>Review your admission letter carefully to confirm your name, entry term, and address are correct. Updates to your address, phone number, and email can be made in myUCF. All other changes must be submitted via email to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at <a href=\"mailto:uaoperations@ucf.edu\">uaoperations@ucf.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<section id=\"myUCF\" class=\"auto-section\" data-section-link-title=\"myUCF\">\n<h3>\u2705 MYUCF PORTAL<\/h3>\n<p>You must create a myUCF account to access important university systems. myUCF is where you\u2019ll register for classes and complete required enrollment steps.<\/p>\n<p>To get started:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit my.ucf.edu and click <strong>\u201cSign In to myUCF.\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>\u201cWhat is my NID?\u201d<\/strong> if you do not already know it.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your first name, last name, and email address exactly as they appear on your application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your NID will serve as your username. Once retrieved, return to the login page to sign in. Keep your NID and password secure, as you would sensitive personal information.<\/p>\n<section id=\"IMMUNIZATIONS\" class=\"auto-section\" data-section-link-title=\"IMMUNIZATIONS\">\n<h3>\u2705 IMMUNIZATIONS<\/h3>\n<p>Before registering for classes, you must upload a completed immunization form to UCF Student Health Services.<\/p>\n<p>Download the immunization form and review requirements at: <a href=\"https:\/\/studenthealth.ucf.edu\/immunizations\/\">studenthealth.ucf.edu\/immunizations<\/a><\/p>\n<section id=\"Advising\" class=\"auto-section\" data-section-link-title=\"ADVISING\">\n<h3>\u2705 COURSE APPROVAL AND REGISTRATION<\/h3>\n<p>You will receive an email from the Knights Major Exploration and Transition Center with instructions for course approval and your registration appointment date.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You may only enroll in courses listed on your Dual Enrollment Authorization Form.<\/li>\n<li>Any changes require submission of a new Authorization Form prior to registration.<\/li>\n<li>Enrollment is <strong>space-available<\/strong> and not guaranteed in any course or section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You must complete all prerequisites and submit transcripts or test scores showing earned credit and grades before registering for Dual Enrollment courses at UCF.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"DOCUMENT SUBMISSION\" class=\"auto-section\" data-section-link-title=\"DOCUMENT SUBMISSION\">\n<h3>\u2705 DOCUMENT SUBMISSION<\/h3>\n<p>Submit all official AP, IB, AICE, or CLEP scores, along with dual enrollment transcripts from any other institutions where you have earned college credit.<\/p>\n<p>Failure to submit required documents may prevent you from registering for courses with prerequisites.<\/p>\n<section id=\"PARKING\" class=\"auto-section\" data-section-link-title=\"PARKING\">\n<h3>\u2705 TEXTBOOKS<\/h3>\n<p>Textbook costs are covered by your Dual Enrollment Authorization Form. You do not need to submit paperwork to the Campus Store.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visiting the Campus Store in person is recommended for obtaining your materials.<\/li>\n<li>If your course includes <strong>\u201cFirst Day Inclusive Access,\u201d DO NOT opt in<\/strong> through <a href=\"mailto:webcourses@ucf.edu\">webcourses@ucf.edu<\/a>. Doing so will create a charge, and these materials will not be covered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u2705 PARKING<\/h3>\n<p>If you plan to park a vehicle on campus, you must purchase a parking permit at <a href=\"https:\/\/parking.ucf.edu\/\"><strong>parking.ucf.edu<\/strong><\/a>. You are responsible for paying the parking permit fee.<\/p>\n<section id=\"STUDENT ID\" class=\"auto-section\" data-section-link-title=\"STUDENT ID\">\n<h3>\u2705 UCF STUDENT ID<\/h3>\n<p>Once you are registered for courses, obtain a UCF Student ID from Card Services. For more information go to <a href=\"https:\/\/ucfcard.ucf.edu\/\"><strong>ucfcard.ucf.edu<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>IMPORTANT NOTES:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Dual Enrollment is offered during the <strong>fall and spring semesters only<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>You must submit a new Dual Enrollment Authorization Form each semester you plan to enroll.<\/li>\n<li>A Returning Dual Enrollment Authorization Form will be emailed to you at the end of each semester.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you wish to continue at UCF as a degree-seeking freshmen after high school graduation, you must complete a new UCF Undergraduate Admissions application to change your status from Dual Enrollment to First-Time-In-College (FTIC) degree-seeking.
