Clinton Global Initiative University (CGIU) applications now open!
Do you know a student who has a great idea on how to create social change and wants to make the world a better place? If so, then please suggest that they apply for CGIU.
Selected students will receive mentoring, partial funding for the conference trip to the annual CGIU meeting at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts (October 13-15, 2017) AND seed money to help make their social change dream a reality! The meeting will bring together more than 1,000 innovative student leaders to make commitments to action that address some of the world’s most pressing challenges. Last year 17 UCF students were accepted. The early decision deadline is March 1, 2017 so students should apply soon! The final deadline is May 1, 2017 (May 2017 graduates are eligible to apply).
The application may be found here: https://www.clintonfoundation.org/clinton-global-initiative/meetings/cgi-university/apply/meeting-application
CGIU Information session: Tuesday, February 21, 2017 from 3:30-5pm in LEAD Scholars Academy (Ferrell Commons 165)
