Hearts for the Homeless contributes to the health and well-being of one of the most vulnerable populations in our nation with free blood pressure screenings, education, relief efforts, while simultaneously providing clinical outreach opportunities for students who wish to contribute to our mission. Through partnering with local food shares and free healthcare clinics in the area, H4H hopes to help reduce the prevalence of hypertension and cardiac diseases in the homeless community. Hearts for the Homeless strives to increase their impact in the homeless community by spreading to different universities and partnering with more locations and clinics. Hearts for the Homeless is now operating in Orlando, Tallahassee, Miami, Gainesville, and at our newest chapter in Tampa.

As of this morning, they’re in 6th place with $180 raised! The organization will receive 100% of the funds raised, and the challenge will end October 12th. Please click here to help H4H with this competition!
