The Facilities Operations team delivers it to recipients, as long as a recipient is listed on the letter or package. Letters and packages without a specific address, suite number or recipient listed will be held in Facilities Operations Warehouse for up to two weeks after attempted delivery, and will then be returned to sender. Information about campus services, events and initiatives may be promoted on these social media channels.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Please submit requests via direct message on social media at least 2 business days ahead of your scheduled event or desired coverage date.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Campus Monitors<br \/>\n<\/strong>There are several TV monitors throughout the downtown campus buildings, managed by the UCF Downtown administrative team. Advertisements for upcoming events, initiatives or announcements can be placed on campus monitors for a maximum of one week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Priority will be given to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Academic events, such as college-sponsored lectures, performances and exhibits<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Events that support the university\u2019s strategic plan<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Student or department related events\/activities<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Events taking place at UCF Downtown, Valencia College Downtown Campus, in Parramore or downtown Orlando<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Artwork must be submitted inline with the following guidelines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Size graphics to 3840 x 2160<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Graphic format of .JPEG required<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Maximum of 120 characters per message<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Minimum font size 30 px<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Use easy to read fonts<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Include date, time and location of events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><strong>Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for review.<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/em><a class=\"btn btn-primary btn-sm mt-3\" href=\"https:\/\/ucfdt.wufoo.com\/forms\/zmywcrp050d1lm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Submit Artwork<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Special Event Directional Signs<br \/>\n<\/strong>A limited number of A-frame signs are available on loan to UCF or Valencia departments for special events that take place at the downtown campus.<\/p>\n<p>A-frames can only be used outdoors in designated spaces. Once you receive a confirmation for your request, designated locations will be shared. The signs are 24\u201d x 36\u201d and should be used with corrugated plastic signs to prevent damage during rain. We recommend using <a href=\"https:\/\/printing.ucf.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Print Shop<\/a> for printing A-frame signs.<\/p>\n<p>Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. <em><strong>Requests should be made at least one week in advance by completing the online form.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"btn btn-primary btn-sm mt-3\" href=\"https:\/\/ucfdt.wufoo.com\/forms\/zz4ijln09m9trn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Request Signage<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Downtown Print Advertising<br \/>\n<\/strong>Opportunities for print advertising are available in several indoor and outdoor locations at the downtown campus. This process is supported by UCF Downtown Administration.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Printed marketing materials for advertising university or college departments, services, special events and initiatives are subject to University Policies &amp; Regulations, Student Code of Conduct, and ADA codes.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Printed materials may <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">NOT<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> be displayed on the following exterior and interior areas: walls, ceilings, columns, restrooms, elevators, mirrors, trash cans, furniture, private property, doors, windows and floors, without prior approval from the UCF Downtown Administration team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">UCF Downtown Administration reserves the right to dispose of unauthorized, unclaimed and outdated materials.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <span class=\"TextRun MacChromeBold SCXW18520778 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW18520778 BCX0\">These procedures apply to <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun AdvancedProofingIssueV2Themed SCXW18520778 BCX0\">any and all<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW18520778 BCX0\"> entities looking to post flyers, information and use pop-up banners at UCF Downtown and Valencia College Downtown campus buildings.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW18520778 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Community Bulletin Boards<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Items for consideration on bulletin boards (located in DPAC, CMB and UnionWest) must be approved by UCF Downtown Administration in DPAC 302 in person or by emailing\u202f<\/span><a href=\"mailto:ucfdowntown@ucf.edu\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">ucfdowntown@ucf.edu<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. All materials must be printed and brought to DPAC 302 for posting on bulletin boards. Any unauthorized advertisements will be removed at\u00a0UCF Downtown Administration&#8217;s discretion. \u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Advertising may not include offensive or discriminatory titles or themes. Promotion of happy hours or other discounted liquor is prohibited and ads regarding alcohol must comply with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.ucf.edu\/documents\/3-115.pdf\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">UCF Policy 3-115.2<\/span><\/a> Advertising must also not advertise any political campaign or activities, including lobbying and political solicitation of any kind and comply with <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.ucf.edu\/documents\/2-600.pdf\">UCF Policy 2-600.2<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Advertisements for jobs should be posted to UCF\u2019s Handshake application. Employers can create a free account at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/csel.ucf.edu\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">csel.ucf.edu<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Additional advertising for jobs already listed on Handshake will be considered for posting on the bulletin boards. For jobs targeted at Valencia students or alumni, please contact <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Destiny Graves, Employer Relations Coordinator, at <\/span><a href=\"mailto:dgravess@valenciacollege.edu\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">dgravess@valenciacollege.edu<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ads will remain on the bulletin boards for a maximum of 4 weeks. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Please allow at least 3 business days for the review and approval process for materials.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pop Up Banner Procedures<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pop up or retractable banners may be used in common areas by UCF Downtown and Valencia College Downtown departments and offices with restrictions. No more than two banners may be used by a department or office at one time in a common area outside of the unit\u2019s designated space. Banners in hallways must not obstruct walking paths, exits, stairwells, fire extinguishers, fire alarm pull stations, fire alarms, defibrillators, card readers, ADA buttons or other life safety equipment.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It is preferred that banners are used on a limited-time basis. Banners should <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">NOT <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">be used as a replacement for department or office signage or wayfinding. Units or departments may place additional pop up banners within their suites, but those are also prohibited from the same obstructions listed above.\u00a0<\/span><span
