The Document &amp; File Upload offers students the convenience of safely and securely uploading documents to our office for review and processing.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"mt-4 mt-sm-5 mb-4\">Instructions for Uploading Documents<\/h2>\n<p>Documents that require a signature must have HANDWRITTEN signatures. We cannot process a document with a signature that is not handwritten.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"section-list icon-list icon-list-numbered\"><li class=\"icon-list-item\">\n\t\t<span class=\"icon-list-bullet icon-list-bullet-number bg-primary\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/span>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"icon-list-item-content\"><p>Make sure the file is in PDF, .jpg, .png, .doc, or .docx format.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"icon-list-item\">\n\t\t<span class=\"icon-list-bullet icon-list-bullet-number bg-primary\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/span>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"icon-list-item-content\"><p>Enter the required fields (i.e. first name, last name, UCFID, Email address and brief description of upload file).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"icon-list-item\">\n\t\t<span class=\"icon-list-bullet icon-list-bullet-number bg-primary\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/span>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"icon-list-item-content\"><p>Click the \u201cBrowse\u201d button. A new window will open. Locate the appropriate PDF, .doc, or .docx file from your computer to upload. To prevent delays in processing, we recommend that you create one file for each required document. For example, if we are requesting Verification of Student and Parent Tax information, submitting all of these documents as one file may cause delays.
