The Conference USA Defensive Player of the Year in both 2009 and 2010, Miller concluded his collegiate career with a school record 35.5 career sacks. As a senior, he totaled 63 tackles and 8.5 sacks. Miller also added two interceptions which he returned for scores, 18 quarterback hurries and two forced fumbles.<\/p>\n

On Friday, offensive tackle Jah Reid (Haines City, Fla.) was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the third round with the 85th overall pick. Reid’s selection marked the sixth-straight year that UCF has had a player tabbed in the draft.<\/p>\n

Miller helped the Knights defeat Georgia in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl in December. He recorded eight tackles and 1.5 sacks against the Bulldogs. Miller was a member of three bowl squads at UCF, and led the Knights to a pair of C-USA titles.<\/p>\n

In addition to garnering the two C-USA Defensive Player of the Year awards, Miller received many other accolades during his time in Orlando. He was selected to the all-conference first team as a junior and senior. In 2007 and 2008, he was an All-C-USA Second Team pick.
