On Oct. 1, UCF kicked off its annual United Way Campaign, our employees\u2019 community impact initiative.\u00a0 Our goal is to\u00a0reach $160,000 in contributions to our community.<\/p>\n
Throughout October, the campus community will be supporting the United Way and other agencies through monetary donations and special events.<\/p>\n
Donations can be given through payroll deduction, cash or check, or credit card.\u00a0 There are paper pledge forms as well as an online giving option.\u00a0 Donors can choose from United Way designation options such as their Investing in Results programs, specific United Way agencies, or a write-in option.<\/p>\n
\u201cAs the 2012 United Way campaign begins, I encourage our staff members, faculty members, and students to participate in this worthy effort,\u201d said President John C. Hitt.\u00a0\u201cKeep our great Knights\u2019 tradition of generosity going strong.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
