Counseling and Psychological Services is having their first \u201cPaws-a-tively Stress Free\u201d event during finals week on December 5 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Counseling Center.<\/p>\n

The event allows students, faculty and staff to take a break from the demands of the semester and interact with fun, friendly therapy dogs. The human-animal bond is said to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, as well as improve mood.<\/p>\n

Stop by and de-stress. Participants do not need to be clients at CAPS. The Office of\u00a0 Counseling and Psychological Services is in the Division of Student Development and Enrollment Services.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
