Alex Kinsey and Sierra Deaton, a singing couple from UCF, will return to the stage tonight to compete on \u201cThe X Factor\u201d on their way to the TV show\u2019s title of best group.<\/p>\n
Kinsey and Deaton, both 22, have dated about two years. Sierra of Winter Springs recently graduated from UCF with a degree in advertising and public relations. Kinsey of New Smyrna Beach is a senior who said he plans to return to classes next spring.<\/p>\n
The folk\/pop duo is in the final four of the \u201cgroup\u201d category and is being mentored on the show by Simon Cowell. The duo will perform during the show that starts at 8 p.m. on FOX and would need voting support from TV viewers to continue to next week\u2019s final show on their way to\u00a0win $1 million.<\/p>\n
A viewing party will be held at the Daytona Beach Bandshell both Wednesday for the performance and Thursday for the elimination show.
