UCF\u2019s Center for Distributed Learning was recognized Monday by the United States Distance Learning Association as one of the top distance-learning institutions in the nation.<\/p>\n
UCF was presented with one of three 21st Century Awards for Best Practices in Distance Learning at the organization\u2019s national conference in St. Louis.<\/p>\n
The USDLA Awards highlight instructors, programs and professionals who have demonstrated extraordinary results through the use of online, satellite, video conferencing, and blended-learning delivery technologies.<\/p>\n
“Each year these recognized leaders raise the bar and exceed best practice expectations for the industry as a whole,” said John G. Flores, executive director of USDLA and a professor at Nova Southeastern University.<\/p>\n
