He has led development programs worth over $70M during his 30-year career, including numerous AFRL (PHAST, LRL) and DARPA efforts (Excalibur, LRT) as well as multiple classified efforts. Dr. Rudd obtained his PhD &amp;amp; MS in Elec. Engineering from the Univ. of Michigan and a B.S. in Physics from
