Through UCF’s Nurse Executive DNP program, Cathleen gained a deeper level of understanding in assessing the robustness of nursing evidence and how best to apply it into practice using a scholarly approach. She approaches executive decisions with deeper insight and is empowered to make system changes that benefit both nursing practice and patient care
