Every day at the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management, we are committed to preparing the next generation of hospitality leaders through rigorous academic programs, industry partnerships and on-the-job training. As one of the best hospitality schools in North America, our internationally renowned faculty educate more than 3,500 undergraduate and graduate students every year, and, in recent years, 97% of our students earned full-time jobs upon graduation. Even though the hospitality industry was hit hard by the pandemic, our students know that their skills and comprehensive education give them an edge when competing and succeeding in the job market. Rosen College’s campus is the largest facility ever built for hospitality management education. The 159,000-square-foot, Mediterranean resort-style building features 18 high-tech classrooms, an executive education center, a 200-seat training dining room and bar, a beer and wine laboratory, two test kitchens, a 400-seat auditorium and so much more.
