MAIN CAMPUS

UCF’s main campus offers three housing agreements. Each option will keep you connected to class and major campus happenings, including sporting events, concerts and traditions such as Spirit Splash.

Number 1

ACADEMIC-YEAR AGREEMENT

The academic-year agreement includes fall and spring semesters only and is our most popular option for first-year students. Choosing this option means you will live in one of the following main campus communities: Apollo, Lake Claire, Libra, Neptune, Nike and Hercules. These communities are closed during the winter break, but residents may leave their belongings in their rooms.

Number 2

TOWERS AGREEMENT

The Towers at Knights Plaza agreement is year-round and includes fall, spring and the following summer. Private bedrooms with full-size beds and a great location next to restaurants and retail shops make the Towers apartments a popular option. The Towers remain open during semester breaks.

Number 3

NORTHVIEW AGREEMENT

The NorthView agreement is year-round and includes fall, spring and the following summer. Residents at NorthView enjoy private bedrooms and bathrooms in every apartment, along with amenities like a resort-style pool, game room and fitness center. NorthView remains open during semester breaks.

ROSEN COLLEGE OF HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

Number 4

ROSEN AGREEMENT

The Rosen College Apartments agreement includes fall and spring, with the option of adding summer. For students looking to make it in the hospitality industry, Rosen College Apartments put you right in the center of Orlando’s bustling tourism industry. Rosen College Apartments remain open during the winter break, making it perfect for students with local hospitality jobs.

BE SURE TO APPLY EARLY

Room-selection appointments are assigned based on when you complete your housing agreement. When applying, you only need to select your agreement type. Your specific community, building and room will be finalized later on during online room selection.

STARTING IN SUMMER?

First-year students who are admitted for the Summer B semester have the opportunity to apply for a separate summer-only housing agreement.

ONLINE ROOM SELECTION

Once your housing agreement has been submitted, you can choose a Living Learning Community, if applicable. After your agreement has been confirmed, you can match with and select roommates from your same agreement type. On your appointment date for online room selection, you will choose from the available rooms in your housing agreement type.
