Knightro Wants You to Armor Up and Wear a Mask
Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first COVID-19 vaccine for individuals age 16 and up.
If you have been waiting on full FDA approval, now is the time to get Vacci-Knighted. There is a safe, effective and free vaccine waiting to be administered to you.
The Pfizer vaccine is available via appointment or walk up at the Student Health Center, or go to a community provider near you for your choice of three vaccines.
For added convenience, students can get their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine, administered by Student Health Services, at the following Pegasus Palooza events:
- Movie Knight: Monday, Aug. 23, in the lobby of the Addition Financial Arena
- Taste of UCF: Tuesday, Aug. 24, at Memory Mall
Armoring Up is simple — it means wearing a mask indoors in accordance with the latest CDC guidance and getting vaccinated if you are able to do so.
