Since UCF will be holding classes remotely for all summer sessions, applications submitted for Summer A, B and C housing will be administratively canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic and university impact.

Prepayments will be returned to students one of two ways:

  • If you have a confirmed Fall 2020 housing application, your $100 summer prepayment will be credited toward your fall housing rent.
  • If you do NOT have a confirmed Fall 2020 housing application, your $100 summer prepayment will be refunded in the manner in which it was made.

If your prepayment was paid with a credit card, the payment will go back on the same credit card. If you have a direct deposit account set up, your refund will be deposited there. If you have not set up direct deposit, a check will be sent to your mailing address on file with UCF. You are encouraged to verify the address on file and to update it if necessary. Verify or update your mailing address by logging in to myUCF, clicking Student Accounts, clicking Student Center and reviewing the Personal Information section. It is strongly recommended that you enroll in direct deposit for future use. Find instructions on how to setup direct deposit.

  • If you do not have a $100 summer prepayment because of a prepayment deferment, no additional charges will be made.
