You may have already noticed additional health and well-being measures put into place in your community. We wanted to heighten your awareness of these considerations.

  • Students are required to wear facial coverings in ALL common areas and shared spaces. Students will receive a reusable facial covering in their welcome back bag. Guest visitation has been canceled in all communities for the summer. Hand sanitizing stations have been added to public locations and barriers have been installed at community front desks.
  • Signage has been added throughout the buildings reminding residents to wash their hands, practice six foot physical distancing and limit the number of residents in specific areas.
  • All common areas will continue to be cleaned on a regular basis.

Specific Community Information

NorthView

  • The 2nd Floor Community Office is limited to one at a time in the office. The office is open for specific hours.
  • The mail center is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and operating under a no contact process. The mail window is closed, and residents will communicate through the window. Residents can also email [email protected] if they have any questions.
  • The game/club room is open from noon to 10 p.m. and is limited to 10 people at a time.
  • The pool deck is open from noon to 8 p.m. and is limited to 10 people at a time.
  • The fitness center is open from 7 a.m. to midnight and is limited to 10 people at a time.
  • Sky deck hours are from noon to 9 p.m. and attendance is limited to 10 people at a time.
  • The 7th floor collaboration/study space is open 24 hours, and residents must practice physical distancing.
  • All elevators are limited to two people per elevator.
  • The volleyball courts and sauna are closed.

Towers

  • Community offices are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and are limited to one at a time in the office.
  • The mail center is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and operating under a no contact process. Residents need to communicate through the window. Residents can also email [email protected] if they have any questions.
  • Floor lounges are limited to four people at a time.
  • Lobbies are limited to six people at a time.
  • Laundry rooms are limited to three people at a time.
  • Elevators are limited to two people per elevator.

UnionWest

  • The front desk is open 24 hours, and residents need to practice six foot physical distancing.
  • The community office on the sixth floor will be open with specific hours. Residents are asked to stay outside the community office and call with their need/request. A staff member from the office will call back when it is advisable to enter the space.
  • The mail center hours are 8 a.m. to 5: p.m. Monday through Friday. The mail center is open and operating under a no contact process. Residents will communicate through the window. Residents can also email [email protected] if they have any questions.
  • The Sky Deck is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Residents need to adhere to the 6-foot physical distancing.
  • Floor kitchens are open 24 hours and limited to two people at a time.
  • Laundry rooms are open 24 hours and are limited to two people at a time.
  • Elevators are limited to two people per elevator.
  • Residents should call their community office if they have any concerns.
