We would like to thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation as UCF navigates COVID-19.

If you had a UnionWest or NorthView housing agreement and indicated that you are not returning for the summer and need to retrieve your belongings or have already moved out, you will receive information from Qualtrics to your Knights email account. The email also serves as a confirmation that you have canceled your housing agreement and a charge has been placed on your student account, per the terms of your agreement.

Additionally, you will now be able to apply for UCF’s Managed Housing Summer Support Program by going to the link at the bottom of the email you received. The link is unique to you, so do not forward the email. Once your link has been clicked on, the application can only be completed once.

To complete the application, you only need to provide your personal information, answer a few simple questions and sign.

Your summer rent has been deferred, so you do not need to make payment at this time. Once you complete the support program application, UCF will begin the process to verify your information and process a payment on your student account in the amount of the summer billing.

Thank you for your cooperation as we work through these unprecedented times. We wish you continued health and success this summer and appreciate your patience.

Sincerely,
Housing and Residence Life
