If you would like to request a printed certificate acknowledging your achievement, fill out the fields below. All requests must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, July 18, 2025 to be included in the print order.
Please note: Only confirmed honorees’ requests will be fulfilled, and only one certificate will be printed per person. The information you submit below will only be used to help verify your honor roll status and fulfill your request. Certificates will be mailed out during the fall semester.
