The East Side Regional Hob Nob, featuring political candidates and straw polls, will be sponsored 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, at UCF’s Bright House Networks Stadium by the Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce and East Orlando Chamber of Commerce.
Attendees are invited to eat dinner and vote for candidates on either Orange or Seminole county ballots. The Hob Nob will feature candidates running for various offices such as circuit and county court judge, sheriff, public defender, tax collector, supervisor of elections, county commissioner, county property appraiser, Congress and the Florida House of Representatives.
Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Admission includes a barbecue dinner and complimentary beverages.
Candidate tables and corporate packages are also available; a six-foot candidate table can be purchased for $200, and 10 tickets can be purchased for $180.
