The Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI), part of the UCF College of Business Administration, will welcome Joe Lee to campus on Wednesday, November 3 at 4:30 p.m. in Business Administration 1, Room 238. Lee is a co-founder of Red Lobster and formerly was vice president of General Mills and chairman/CEO of Darden Restaurants.

Lee will be speaking as part of the CEI’s Entrepreneurial Speaker Series, a new initiative to bring entrepreneurs on campus to talk about their experiences:

  • “Entrepreneurial Journeys,” where speakers will tell the story of how they got started;
  • “Entrepreneurial Strategies,” where students will become acquainted with the tactics used by successful entrepreneurs;
  • “Entrepreneurial Leaders,” where thought and practice leaders will come to share their wisdom.
