Although UCF is focusing on its Sunday night (Nov 1) home game against Marshall on ESPN, the Knights’ discovered today that their final non-conference game will be an afternoon affair. The Black and Gold will travel to Austin to face No. 3 Texas Saturday, Nov. 7, at 12 p.m. ET in a game that will be broadcast by Fox Sports Network.
Texas served as UCF’s first opponent at Bright House Networks Stadium when the facility opened Sept. 15, 2007. The Longhorns were ranked No. 6 in the nation, and the Knights took a 24-23 lead early in the fourth quarter before Texas held on for the 35-32 win in front of 45,622 fans.
