Robin Roberts, director and Burnett Eminent Scholar in the Kenneth G. Dixon School of Accounting, has been named editor of Accounting and the Public Interest (API). API is an academic journal published by the Public Interest Section of the American Accounting Association. The journal features alternative theories and methodologies as well as the more traditional ones. Roberts current research focuses on issues related to professional regulation and social and environmental accounting. His research has been published in a number of academic journals. He has served on the editorial board of API since 2001.
