Visit Orlando recently donated framed artwork to the Rosen College Apartments.  The photographs, featuring scenes of Orlando’s vibrant attractions, are prominently displayed in the apartment’s community center.

Student residents attended the unveiling of the art on Sept. 28 and enjoyed the opportunity to mingle with executives of Visit Orlando, representing a variety of positions within the organization.  All who attended enjoyed a sampling of hors d’oeuvres and one-on-one interactions with fellow Knights. While on property, the Visit Orlando guests were provided a tour of the Rosen College Apartments.

The gift was coordinated by Visit Orlando Community Relations Manager, Maria Diaz Urbino.  The pieces enhance the community center where Rosen College students enjoy socializing, watching movies and learning outside the classroom.

Area Coordinator for the Rosen College Apartments, Amanda Gaglio, had this to say about the event, “The artwork really showcases all that Orlando has to offer and will hopefully encourage students to take advantage of everything that is right at their fingertips.”

The Rosen College Apartments appreciate the donation and understand the value of continuous networking.  “It is great for our future hospitality professionals to have the opportunity to connect with people in the industry. These partnerships are what make the experience at Rosen unique from anywhere else,” said Gaglio.
