A team of College of Business Administration students took home the top honors during the 2nd Annual Real Bowl Case Study Challenge, sponsored by NAIOP, Commercial Real Estate Development Association. The students’ winning entry was “Olympus Village,” a student housing development plan for UCF. The team presented their case study before a panel of expert judges. Team members included: Jared Rubinoff, Ian Lay, Kevin Menendez, Isaiah Cottle, and Nathan Eissler.
