The University of Central Florida’s College of Business Administration hosted a real estate conference for more than 215 community leaders. Called Growing Optimism for the Real Estate Industry- At Last!, this meeting was co-presented with the Dr. P Phillips Institute for Research and Education in Real Estate. This was the inaugural event for and annual program targeted at gathering preeminent commercial real estate owners, practitioners, and key decision makers in Central Florida. The Conference program focused on real estate’s emerging landscape in 2013 and beyond. The program featured key influencers and industry leaders including:
