Several hundred attendees of the Florida Apartment Association’s (FAA) Annual Meeting listened to a presentation on the current market conditions given by Randy Anderson, the Howard Phillips Eminent Scholar Chair in the Dr. P. Phillips Institute for Research and Education in Real Estate. Anderson spoke on current conditions as well as the future. Since 1971, the Florida Apartment Association has worked to ensure high property management standards and resident satisfaction and safety in Florida. Volunteer leaders from throughout the state meet quarterly to discuss issues and challenges facing the multifamily housing sector.
