The group includes 16 Floridians–many of them are natives of Central Florida. Five of the signees hail from Orlando, two are from Ocala and one from Clermont. UCF went out of the state to attract five student-athletes from Georgia and one each from Alabama, Louisiana and Ohio.
The group joins a UCF footbal program boasting two bowl games in the past four seasons and the 2007 Conference USA Championship.
