UCF ranked 36th, advancing six spots from its 2009 position on the magazine’s annual 100-school list of best-value U.S. public colleges and universities.
Kiplinger develops its college rankings using measures of academic quality — such as SAT or ACT scores and graduation rates — and an affordable price tag, including tuition and financial aid.
