The 6-4, 230-pound Marshall spent the previous four seasons with the Broncos (2006-09), where he played in 61 games with 327 receptions, 4,019 yards and 25 touchdowns.

Marshall, who was selected to his second consecutive Pro Bowl in 2009, played in 15 games (13 starts) and tied for third in the NFL with 101 receptions on the season, becoming the fifth player in league history to post three consecutive 100-catch seasons. He is second in the NFL since 1970 with 6.7 receptions per game started, and his eight 10+ catch games are the most in NFL history in a player’s first four seasons. Marshall also set an NFL record with 21 receptions for 200 yards and two touchdowns at Indianapolis (12/13/09).

Marshall started 21 career games at wide receiver for the University of Central Florida and added seven starts at safety for the school during his junior year. He played 44 career games at UCF, posting 112 receptions for 1,674 yards (14.9 avg.) with 13 touchdowns. Marshall also ranked second in UCF annals for a season in receiving yards (1,195) while tying for sixth in touchdown catches (11) and tying for eighth in receptions (74) that year. Born March 23, 1984, Marshall was chosen as an all-state selection and was named the Seminole County Utility Player of the Year at Lake Howell High School in Winter Park, Florida.
