Valencia College’s West Campus will reopen Thursday morning, Sept. 11, for normal operations following the substantial completion of repairs to a broken sewage line that forced the campus’ closure on Wednesday evening. This means all UCF classes at the Valencia West campus will be held as scheduled on Thursday.
Valencia posted the following web update Wednesday evening:
UPDATE: 8:55 PM on 9/10/14 – West Campus will reopen early Thursday morning, Sept. 11 for normal operations. Classes will resume as regularly scheduled. Bathroom facilities are in good working order and all drinking water remains safe, having not been impacted. Repairs to a broken sewer line that occurred late Wednesday, Sept. 10 are substantially completed.
