The Ombuds Office at the University of Central Florida was established by President John Hitt to enhance the quality of service offered to all members of the university community. It is an informal, confidential, independent and neutral office where individuals can seek ways to resolve any issue.

Services, which also are offered in Spanish, include listening to your concerns, helping to define the options that are available to you and facilitating communications with offices on campus.

Vicky Brown has served as UCF’s ombuds officer since 1994.
