The Rosen College recently welcomed 18 students into the brand-new Graduate Certificate in Hospitality Management program. Students complete 12 credits of graduate coursework and paid academic training with the Walt Disney World Resort. This unique opportunity pairs a globally recognized brand with one of the top hospitality institutions in the world.

This first cohort is exceptionally diverse, featuring students from Italy, Brazil, Finland, Croatia, Belarus, Ireland, Bolivia and the United Kingdom.

Dr. Rompf, Graduate Program Director and Associate Professor, states “It’s one of the most popular certificate programs with the Division of Continuing Education and they’ve noted a high frequency of hits on their website. Rosen College and Disney are very pleased with the quality of students.”

Based on the exceptional education the students are receiving at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, two students have applied for the Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management degree program for the upcoming spring semester.

The Rosen College is gearing up for another successful session and the Spring cohort will begin in mid January 2012. If you are an international student interested in the Graduate Certificate in Hospitality Management, visit the Division of Continuing Education for details.
