On a beautiful, sunny Saturday morning families from the Creative School for Children and over 150 volunteers from the Diversified Greek Counsel and various fraternities and sororities descended on the CSC playground to celebrate the UCF 50th anniversary.
The theme for the event was “50 Activities Day” in honor of the anniversary. The children and their families participated in 50 activity stations that included painting on the sidewalk with chalk, making ice cream, creating origami, face painting, dancing, storytelling, playing football and basketball, conducting science experiments, woodworking, learning yoga, and playing with bubbles. The highlight for the “Littlest Knights” was having all the “Big” Knights at their school for the day.
Creative School for Children is a department in the Division of Student Development and Enrollment Services.
