Phillips, who has curated important exhibitions on Blake for the Tate in London and the Petit Palais in Paris, has been researching Blake’s mysterious relief etching process for more than 20 years. This edition is considered by many to be the most accurate Blake facsimile ever produced, and as such, an important contribution to worldwide Blake scholarship.
The limited edition portfolio (33 copies), has already been purchased by some of the most important international public and private collections: The British Library, the US Library of Congress, the Morgan Library and Museum, the New York Public Library, and the University of Glasgow, are just a few.
