The Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center of Florida is honoring Richard Lapchick, director of the DeVos Sport Business Management Program, at its annual Dinner of Tribute on Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Lapchick’s life work reflects the same values that are deeply engrained in the Holocaust Center’s mission: equality, dignity, education and respect. The Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center of Florida is an organization dedicated to combating anti-Semitism, racism and prejudice with the ultimate goal of developing a moral and just community through its extensive outreach of educational and cultural programs. The annual Dinner of Tribute, held each spring, is the Holocaust Center’s largest fundraiser.
