On Friday, August 7, three outstanding staff members were recognized at the Rosen College Staff Retreat. Fazal Jameer, academic services coordinator, received the 2014-2015 Staff Member of the Year Award and Elouinise Baptiste, financial aid advisor/scholarship coordinator, received the 2014-2015 Associate Staff Member of the Year Award. Culinary Assistant Nick Marsili was recognized as the 2015 Robert A. Ashley Culinary Excellence Award winner.
“We are very fortunate to have staff who are committed to our values of professionalism, leadership and service,” said Dr. Abraham Pizam, dean of UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management. “Fazal, Elouinise and Nick are highly deserving of this recognition for their dedication to our mission of developing future generations of global hospitality and tourism leaders.”
