Rebeca Perren, a Ph.D. student in marketing, received a Liam Glynn Services Scholarship from the Services Marketing Special Interest Group (SERVSIG) of the American Marketing Association.

She was one of four Ph.D. students to receive the award which was presented at the 20th Annual Frontiers in Services Research Conference hosted by the Ohio State University.

While at the conference, she presented her research entitled “Electronic Service Quality: A New Scale that Allows Comparison to Traditional Service Settings.”

The award was named after Liam Glynn, a lecturer at the University College Dublin in the Smurfit Graduate School of Business.
