Universities will ‘transform your city’s downtown’

The blog says, “Major universities are often landlocked, and have trouble meeting their needs for facility expansion.  Opening a downtown satellite campus can be a great option to expand the university’s reach. And the creation of a downtown university campus can do wonders for a city’s downtown.”

A downtown university campus is included in the site’s roundup of 12 strategies to transform a city’s downtown, along with improving public transportation, rethinking under-utilized public land and creating a branded downtown entertainment district.
