At 5 p.m., Boston Culinary Group will open stadium concessions near Gate 17 for the public, serving select food and beverages. The evening’s program commences from the field at 6 p.m., covering all you need to know about the Knights’ newest football signees straight from Head Coach George O’Leary and the UCF football coaching staff.
Free parking will be available in stadium lots E6 and E7. In the event of inclement weather, The Venue at UCF Arena will serve as an alternate location for this event.
There will also be a silent auction, as well as appearances by the UCF spirit squad and Knightro. The Jammin’ Knights will also be on-hand to perform prior to the event.
UCF Knights Insider, John Denton, and the staff at UCFAthletics.com will be on-hand all day long starting at 7 a.m. with official and immediate news of each player’s signing. Make sure to follow the @UCF_FootballSID Twitter account to be the first to learn all the big news as National Letters of Intent are received and approved.
