The Veterans Academic Resource Center (VARC) will be hosting two “Meet and Greet” programs: Monday, January 31 and Thursday, February 3, both from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
Under the direction of the Registrar’s Office, VARC is designed to meet the needs of and provide programming for the student veteran community. The Meet and Greets are opportunities for UCF’s student vets to meet with the professionals from Career Services, the Counseling Center, Student Disabilities Services, Transfer and Transition Services and Veteran Services, tour the facility, and learn more about the opportunities and resources available to them.
VARC is located at UCF Knights Plaza/Arena, across from Barnes & Noble. Hours are: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays (until 5:30 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays), and provides office space along with study, tutor and lounge areas for student veterans.
