Based on the number of graduates registered to participate in the ceremony, each graduate will receive four (4) tickets electronically on Monday, October 25 to their Knights’ email address. No additional tickets will be released after original allotment is emailed.
This ceremony is for 2020 graduates only. 2019 and 2021 graduates who want to participate in the Fall 2021 Commencement on December 17-18, 2021, must reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.

Yes, this is the moment to wear the official regalia you had previously rented and kept.
Yes. Academic regalia must be rented through Herff Jones to be able to participate.
No additional tickets will be distributed to graduates once their original allotment of four (4) tickets is emailed.
Graduates that need more tickets are encouraged to reach out to their fellow Class of 2020 graduates approved to participate in the ceremony and ask for any unused tickets from their allotment. Electronic tickets are transferable. Be advised, those transferred tickets may result in your guests not seated in the same section.
Your Herff Jones cap and gown rental will include a return shipping label and instructions. The package must be returned via FedEx no later than December 18, 2021. Your package including any celebratory items ordered will be shipped directly to your home.
Doors will open 90 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. We recommend graduates arrive at least an hour prior to the 9:00 a.m. start time.
Yes. Special seating arrangements will be made for any guests with mobility or hearing impairments.
