The University of Central Florida seeks an innovative and visionary leader for the position of Dean of the Rosen College of Hospitality Management. The Dean will provide thoughtful academic and administrative leadership while identifying future areas of growth and building strong connections with industry and hospitality partners.

Reporting to the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Dean will create an environment conducive to academic quality, collegiality, student success, innovation, and transparency. The Dean is responsible for all areas of College administration, including academic planning, policy and program development, strategic and long-range planning, fiscal management, personnel supervision, integration of emerging technologies, and development of collaborative relationships.
