After a national search, UCF has selected Paul Dosal as its new Senior Vice President for Student Success.
The newly created Senior Vice President for Student Success position will report to the Provost and Executive Vice President and will serve as a key member of the President’s cabinet to develop, implement, and assess initiatives and programs that will provide focus and accountability for student success, well-being, and completion efforts across the institution. The position will be responsible for cultivating an integrated, comprehensive, and intentional student experience by creating an inclusive and student-centered environment that ensures all students who start here can finish here. The campus community seeks an entrepreneurial, collaborative and forward-thinking student-centered administrator who will serve as a key partner and subject matter expert on the university’s senior leadership team to champion student success and well-being initiatives.
