Late Knights was physically held in the Student Union on September 10, but all attendees had the chance to travel “Around the World.”  This theme created an exciting night for approximately 2,500 students, faculty, staff, families and the UCF community.

Late Knights is a monthly student-run event at UCF providing free food, fun, games and giveaways.

Late Knights, partnered with the Multicultural Student Center, invited the Diversified Greek Council to assist in hosting the event.  With their help, Late Knights was able to provide an array of entertainment.

The Student Union Plaza featured the Knightcast DJs, ultraball volleyball, bouncy boxing and free smoothies from Smoothie King.  Inside the atrium, attendees could create arts and crafts and pop noggin music videos, take professional photos, play GameStop video games, watch performances, and talk with student organizations.  The entire Pegasus Ballroom was available to play laser battle.  The fun also continued upstairs with “Meet the Greeks” activities, dance workshops and free food at midnight.  Giveaways were distributed throughout the night including Around the World Slinkies, key chains and T-shirts.

Late Knights is an agency in the Office of Student Involvement, Student Development and Enrollment Services division.
