The LEAD Scholars Academy provides students with various opportunities to learn more about themselves, develop new leadership skills, and become student leaders through programs and events, including campus-wide leadership workshops, leadership retreats, and leadership conferences.
There are several 3rd and 4th year tracks that are available for students to apply to for the Spring 2016 term:
Lead Out Loud is an experiential program that focuses on the leadership development of multicultural students at the University of Central Florida. This program promises to enhance leadership skills, strengthen life skills and encourage positional leadership in this population of students at UCF.
Inspire Women’s Leadership Program aims to provide leadership enhancement and empowerment opportunities for UCF women students. Through networking, mentoring, personal development, and experiential training, UCF women students will be prepared to hold various leadership positions on campus and in the work arena.
The Campus Engagement Leaders track is intended for third and fourth year student leaders who are looking for mentoring, leadership coaching and assistance in achieving high profile leadership positions and awards on campus.
