After 18 months of preparation, on July 1 we will take the next step to launch our transition to Workday and the implementation of our new Service Enhancement Transformation, two of the core projects of our Knight Vision endeavor. This incredible effort will modernize many of our administrative systems, which will allow us to improve the quality of our services, improve access to information for decision making, and reduce redundancies in our work. These projects are helping us build a stronger foundation to unleash the incredible potential of this university in service to our students, community, and society. We will have access to new tools that will make our work easier, and we will continue to improve our services to leverage these technological updates.
Implementing a program of the size and scope of Knight Vision may also present some challenges, and I thank you for your patience as we work through them together.
As we prepare to “go live,” I hope you will join me in thanking the Knight Vision project team for their hard work and focus on this vital upgrade. I also want to thank all of you who have participated in training. We are all grateful for your contribution to this transformation.

Knight Vision is a tremendous undertaking that will help build a stronger and more future-focused UCF. It is also further proof of what we know about our entire team of faculty and staff: together, we can accomplish anything.
Go Knights! Charge On!
